1. The Service
AI2BI Hub is a data-intelligence platform that lets Customers connect files, spreadsheets, documents, accounting systems, cloud accounts, CRMs, and databases (collectively, “Customer Data”) to AI-powered tools that answer business questions in plain language. The Service may be offered through multiple deployment modes described at /legal/deployment-modes.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We will not materially degrade a core paid feature during a billing period without reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling multi-factor authentication when offered, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@ai2bihub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
The Service is offered on trial, à la carte, bundle, and Unlimited plans. Pricing, included tokens, and overage rates are shown at /pricing and in your account billing page.
- Trials. Trial access is provided at our discretion and may be changed or ended at any time.
- Paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the end of the current term. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current term; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or GST taxes.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe, Inc.). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit any user to:
- Upload, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Upload protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under HIPAA unless you have a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with COSTTRAIL. We do not currently offer a BAA. See /legal/data-handling.
- Upload payment card primary account numbers, government-issued identifiers, or children’s data in violation of COPPA or analogous laws.
- Use the Service to generate, train, or fine-tune a competing product or generative model, or to scrape, benchmark, or resell the Service without our written consent.
- Circumvent rate limits, tamper with tokens or quotas, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without authorization. Responsible-disclosure reports go to security@ai2bihub.com.
- Use the Service to build or support systems that materially restrict human rights, or in breach of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
We may suspend access without notice if continued use threatens the integrity or security of the Service, violates these Terms, or exposes us or other customers to legal risk.
5. Customer Data and ownership
As between the parties, you retain all rights to Customer Data. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works of Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, and to perform obligations under these Terms.
We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models. Model providers used by the Service operate on inference-only terms and contractually do not retain prompts or outputs for training. See data handling for specifics.
6. Outputs and AI disclaimer
The Service uses large language models and other AI systems. Outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or not suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, particularly for financial, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions. The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and monitoring. A summary of controls is available at /legal. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we will notify affected Customers of a confirmed security incident involving Customer Data without undue delay.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, user interfaces, documentation, and branding, is and will remain the property of COSTTRAIL and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. Feedback you choose to submit may be used by us without obligation.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Amazon Web Services, cloud LLM providers, accounting and CRM systems) that you enable. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is at your own risk. A current list of sub-processors is available at /legal/data-handling.
10. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms apply while you have an active account. You may cancel at any time via your account. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach or if required by law. Upon termination, we will delete or return Customer Data in accordance with our data-handling policy, subject to retention required for backups, disputes, or legal obligations.
11. Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Each party’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, breaches of confidentiality, or indemnification obligations.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify COSTTRAIL against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us and used within these Terms, infringes a third party’s intellectual-property rights. In either case, the indemnified party must promptly notify the indemnifying party and cooperate in the defense.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for paid accounts, communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
