How does the free trial work?
14 days, 200,000 shared tokens across all 8 products, no credit card required. After signup, manage your subscriptions from /dashboard/billing (logged-in area).
Where do I subscribe to a product?
After signup or login, go to /dashboard/billing. Pick products, bundle discounts apply automatically, and Stripe handles the checkout.
What happens when my monthly tokens run out?
AI Co-Pilot on that product stops responding until either (a) you buy a top-up pack ($5/$10/$50/$100) from your dashboard, or (b) the subscription renews on its monthly anniversary. Data and sidebar features stay accessible.
Do unused monthly tokens roll over?
No. Each month's allowance resets on the renewal date. Top-up packs are different — they're added to the current bucket and last until used.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from /dashboard/billing). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Are tokens shared across products?
In the 14-day free trial, yes — 200K total shared across all 8 products. In paid subscriptions, no — each subscription has its own product-scoped token bucket.
How do bundle discounts work?
When you subscribe to multiple products from /dashboard/billing: 10% off any 2, 20% off any 3, 30% off any 5+. Or pick All Access ($149/mo flat) for all 8 — about 35% off retail. Stacks with the 20% annual prepay discount.
What if I need more than 1 AWS account / 1 Salesforce org / etc?
Add extra account / org / project / Tally instance add-ons at $20/mo each ($3/mo for Tally extras). User seat add-ons are $5/mo each and work with any product subscription.
Is annual prepayment cheaper?
Yes — 20% off if you pay yearly. Applies to all subscriptions and add-ons (not to top-up packs, which are one-time anyway).
