Do my end-clients know they're using AI2BIHub?
No — they see your logo, your subdomain, your product name. Emails go from your domain. All they see is "your product," powered by our infrastructure. We're invisible.
How does the wholesale token model work?
You buy a pool of tokens at wholesale rates (up to 42% below retail). From your admin panel, you allocate a portion of the pool to each end-client. When they use the AI tools, tokens are consumed from their allocation, which comes from your pool. You top up when the pool runs low. Simple like a mobile SMS bulk plan.
Do my end-clients buy tokens directly, or do I control everything?
You control everything (Mode A). Your end-clients don't see any pricing or buy button — they consume from the allocation you gave them. If they need more, they email or WhatsApp you, and you top up their allocation from your admin panel. Clean and simple.
Can I charge my clients whatever I want?
Yes — completely. You bundle AI2BIHub into your existing service (audit retainer, monthly advisory fee, one-time engagement) at any price. Or line-item it. We invoice you at wholesale; you invoice your client at whatever rate you set. Your margin, your call.
What products do my clients get access to?

What if my end-client's token allocation runs out?
They see a message: "Contact your administrator for more." Their access to the AI tools pauses gracefully — no errors, no data loss. You top them up from your admin panel and they continue where they left off. Same for your pool — if the pool runs low, all your clients pause until you top up.
Who handles support to my end-clients?
You handle first-line support ("how do I upload a trial balance?"). We handle second-line ("Bedrock API returned an error"). Contract defines the SLA — typically 24-hour business-day response for L2 escalations from you.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes — brief reseller agreement covering data handling, SLA, wholesale pricing, termination. Standard SaaS reseller terms. We share the template on approval; e-sign, no lawyer needed on your side (though we recommend a quick review).
What countries can I resell in?
Everywhere Lemon Squeezy processes payments (100+ countries). Our infrastructure runs on AWS (US East region), latency worldwide is acceptable. If you need EU/APAC-specific data residency, tell us in the application — we'll discuss on the call.
